I will send a confirmation and a payment request upon receipt of this on-line registration form. An invoice is sent after receiving the payment. Registration is only final after receiving the payment. Participants are subscribed in the order that we receive the payments.
Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. In this case, 20 % of the total amount is charged for administration. Otherwise, the full registration fee is due, regardless of the reason of cancellation. People who have registered, but do not show up nor cancel, have to pay the full amount. Of course, replacement is always possible at no extra charge.
If the minumum number of students has not been reached the course can be cancelled with full refund.
Prices are listed in EURO and do not include 21% VAT.
