My special interest goes out to working with great software teams, self-aware teams that are constanly looking for ways to
improve and eager to satisfy the customer needs, teams that work for outcome, has end-to-end responsabilities and
use self-organization to get things done; a true Agile team

Teacher / Speaker
From my interest in research on both technical as social areas my passion for teaching
grew slowly. On a regular basis I give self-organized in-depth hands-on courses and speak at conferences all over
the world. You can also count on me for giving your own in-house training sessions. With a passion for user experiences
I strive to make my presentations and workshops a perfect fit between technical details and human interaction.
